Richard
L. Kofkoff, MD, FACS is a well-respected physician who has been engaged
in the practice of plastic surgery for over 15 years. A native of
Connecticut, Dr. Kofkoff attended Brown University where he graduated
magna cum laude in 1976. Elected into Alpha Omega Alpha, the medical
honor society that selects the top ten percent of medical students,
he graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1980.
Following medical school, Dr. Kofkoff completed a rigorous five year
general surgery residency at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri
and received his plastic surgery training under the direction of some
of the profession's finest physicians at the University of California,
San Francisco. Dr. Kofkoff recently obtained a MBA from Washington
University in St. Louis, MO.
Dr. Kofkoff is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and has been elected as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. These accomplishments, in addition to participation in numerous professional societies, are a reflection of his commitment to excellence and continuing medical education.

Teresa Jones Patient Coordinator Teresa has over twenty-five years experience in the healthcare field with the past eighteen years spent working with Dr. Kofkoff. As our Patient Coordinator, her extensive knowledge of plastic surgery enables her to assist our patients as they consider their surgical options and her strong organizational skills smooth the entire surgery scheduling process. Teresa feels strongly that the well-being of the patient is always her most important priority. Her goal is that every patient feels adequately prepared and excited when their surgery day arrives. Teresa has two children and enjoys reading, water skiing, watching movies and spending time with her family.
Jaclyn's warm and friendly face is the first one you will see when you visit our office. Her goal is to make your experience with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Jaclyn is often the calm and caring voice on the phone who is happy to schedule your appointment or assist you in any way. She has an extensive background in customer service. Outside of work, Jaclyn is pursuing her nursing degree. She enjoys spending time with her husband and stepson.
