She was unable to lose the excess skin and adipose tissue around her abdominal area. She is now 10 months post-op breast augmentation/mastopexy with 370cc saline implants, liposuction, and abdominoplasty surgery and very pleased with her new body.

She found double board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tom Pousti over the internet. The patient wanted the implants to enhance and to correct her tuberous (tubular) constricted breasts. The patient was concerned with the scarring but as you can see her scars have faded and healed very nicely. The patient has 320cc saline implants. A very natural look. She is wonderfully happy with her results.

In order to correct the tuberous breasts, Dr. Pousti removed the excess tissue and placed 450cc silicone gel implants. She is 2 months post op surgery and extremely happy with her results.
