Notes: She told Dr. Sukkar that she was concerned with the lack of upper breast fullness, which made it difficult for her to find dresses and fitted tops that looked good on her. The before and after photos shown here reveal that she has achieved a natural appearing breast enhancement with improved cleavage with 375 cc smooth round saline breast implants. Her post-operative course after the breast augmentation surgery was uneventful with minimal pain. She described the discomfort after surgery more as tightness like she had worked out very hard, than sharp pain. The inframammary crease incision has healed very well. Dr. Sukkar placed the saline breast implants under the chest muscle (pectoralis muscle) for better coverage of the breast implant in the superior and medial aspects to enhance cleavage and for reducing the round appearance of the breast implant.
