surgery after having 3 children and losing the volume
of her breasts. She had smooth, round, 510cc saline
implant on the right and 525cc saline implant on the
left placed under the muscle. She had a small
incision made around the areola.

Age: 40 Height: 5'3 Weight: 145 lbs Implant: Saline Implant Size: 770 cc Estimated cup size change: A to DD Notes: This 40-year-old patient came to Dr. Pousti for multiply procedure. This patient lost over 100 lbs. and has had gastric bypass surgery. At this time she is interested in breast implants along with a breast lift and arm lift. After meeting with Dr. Pousti it was determined she would benefit from an upper body lift as well. This patient is 2-month post-op upper body lift, breast augmentation/ mastopexy with saline implants filled to 770 cc on both the left and right side. This patient is very happy with her results.
