had significant weight loss after having
gastric bypass surgery and was left with
excess skin. She is 3 weeks post op tummy
tuck (abdominoplasty) and breast lift
(mastopexy) / breast augmentation with
550cc smooth round moderate profile
silicone gel implants made by the Mentor
Corporation. She is extemely happy with
her results even at this stage.

Age: 21 Height: 5' 3" Weight: 110 lbs Implant: Saline Implant Size: 390 cc Estimated cup size change: B to D Notes: This is a 21 year old patient interested in breast enhancement for a few years. She found double board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tom Pousti over the internet. At the consultation the doctor informed her that she would have a better result if she corrected her tuberous (tubular) breasts and had a limited breast lift on the left side. She is only 4 weeks post op breast augmentation, limited lift on the left breast and correction of constricted breast. She has 390cc Inamed, moderate profile saline filled implants. This patient is very happy with her results even at this stage.

She has tuberous (tubular) breasts deformity and wanted breast implants to correct it. She is now about 4 months post-op correction of her constricted / tuberous breasts with saline implants filled to 630 cc on the left, and 630 cc on the right made by the Inamed Corporation. This patient loves her results.

Age: 36 Height: 5'2" Weight: 135 lbs Implant: Saline Implant Size: 650 cc Estimated cup size change: B to D Notes: This 36-year old patient has had two previous breast augmentation surgeries, both performed by the same doctor. Prior to having breast implants this patient had tuberous (tubular) breast deformity and wanted breast implants to correct her constricted breasts. Her original surgeon was unable to correct her deformity even on his second attempt. A friend of the patient has referred her to Dr. Pousti. During her consultation, they discussed removing her current implants and replacing them with larger implants, as well as correcting her tubular breasts. This patient is now 3 months post-op correction of constricted tuberous breast deformity, removal of her current implants and breast re-augmentation with saline implants filled to 650 cc on the left as well as the right made by the Inamed Corporation. This patient is very happy and now has the results she was looking for.

Her breasts had a tubular shape, which usually requires extensive surgery, Dr, Pousti is able to create a rounder shape with implants alone. This patient is only 1-week post-op breast augmentation surgery with saline implants filled to 440 cc on both the left and right side, made by Inamed Corporation. This patient is very happy with her results.

In this patient's situation, she has a lack of adequate skin between the nipple and the fold of the breast, giving her a truncated look on the bottom of the breasts. The silicone breast implants in her have helped fill up the lower aspect of the breast to give it a more natural, balanced appearance.
