Notes: 35 year old size 34 B minus before but now 36 D. 5 foot 1 inch tall 110 lb. woman was full 'B' in her 20's but she lost volume with age and weight loss. Her desired volume and shape were achieved with saline, smooth, round Mentor Corporation implants 475 cc minimum fill volume filled to 510 cc on both sides. Implants placed under pectoralis major muscle though periareolar incisions. Patient had no recollection of surgery after IV local anesthetic technique by Dr. Pertsch. Post op photos taken 2 years and 2 weeks after surgery.
