The patient found Dr. Pousti over the internet. She started off with plenty of breast tissue but wanted more fullness. The patient wanted to go at least 1-2 cup sizes larger. At her consulation Dr. Pousti discussed the approach for the breast augmentation. The patient selected the inframammary approach (under the breasts). liposuction. She had been thinking of performing
these procedures for many years. This patient found
board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Pousti to help
her achieve her goals. She wanted larger breasts but
with a natural look and liposuction to get rid of the
fatty tissue in her abdomen and flanks. She is
extremely happy after liposuction of these areas and
loves her new breasts. This patient has saline filled
525cc in the left and 550cc in the right.
