Age: 30 Height: 5'1" Weight: 130 lbs Implant: Saline Estimated cup size change: C to DD Notes: This 30-year-old patient from has been thinking of getting the “mommy make over” for over 2 years, she is unhappy with her body due to pregnancy and gravity. Once meeting with Dr. Pousti for a consultation it was determined that she would benefit from a breast lift with breast implants and a tummy tuck. This patient is 3-months post-op abdominoplasty and breast augmentation/ mastopexy with saline implants filled to 480 cc on the left and 440 cc on the right made by the Inamed Corporation. This patient is very happy with her new look.

Age: 22 Height: 5'6'' Weight: 135 lbs Implant: Saline Implant Size: 700 cc Estimated cup size change: C to DD Notes: This 22 year old patient came to see double board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Tom Pousti due to issues she was having with her breast implants. She came into the office with limited encapsulation implants. They were hard to the touch but were not painful. The patient was not happy with the way they looked or felt. She wanted revisionary surgery. This patient also has tuberous (tubular) breasts witch adds to the elongated look of her breast. Dr. Pousti removed her encapsulated breast implants and re-placed them with new and larger 700cc saline implants. This patient is now 4 months post op removal and replacement and extremely happy with the size and softness of her breasts.

Age: 54 Height: 5' 6" Weight: 140 Implant: Smooth Round 375cc Silicone Placement: Submuscular Incision: Inframammary & Peri Lift Post-op photos taken at: 4 months Estimated cup size change: C to D Notes: This 54 year old manager/consultant had a subglandular 250 cc silicone augmentation performed by another surgeon in 1985. She developed bilateral capsular contractures and ptosis or drooping. She then had a bilateral capsulectomy (remove scar tissue), submuscular conversion to 375 cc smooth round silicone, and a peri-areolar mastopexy. The result a larger, softer, lifted, and better shaped breast.
