I have always had issues with my body since I was a young girl. I was constantly trying fad diets and was losing and gaining weight as an outcome. When I reached my thirties I stopped dieting and decided to eat healthy and exercise and I finally became comfortable with my body. Unfortunately, as a result of my weight always going up and down my breasts started to sag and I began to really notice the difference in size.
I decided after years of thinking about it that I would go for a consultation for a breast lift. After doing extensive research, I found Dr. Alan Engler in Manhattan where I have lived for the past 15 years. After meeting just once with Dr. Engler, I knew he was the surgeon for me. I felt like I had known him for years and I couldn't have been more comfortable. His staff was as friendly and warm as he was and made me feel right at home. Dr. Engler was honest and informed me that what would be best for me was a lift with an implant to get the size and shape I desired. He warned me that with the incisions that would be made with this type of surgery, there would be visible scarring, although they would become very light over time with my fair skin.
I decided to go ahead with the surgery and I couldn't be happier with the results. They are absolutely perfect! I could not have picked a better surgeon and even 6 weeks after my surgery I am still getting the warm welcome at my follow up visits. Dr Engler called me HIMSELF every day in the week after my surgery and was available for any questions when I called him.
I can honestly say for the first time in my life that I love my body! I am turning 34 in a few days and I have never felt better about myself. It was well worth the cost of the surgery and the few weeks of recovery.
