I come from a long line of small chested woman. In fact, my mother and grandmother both had breast implants, and I had decided long ago that I would do the same. Although I'm relatively a petite person, my flat chest just didn't coincide with the rest of my curvy figure. So, once out of college and 22 years old, I knew that now was the time to do it and immediately began some serious research. After about a month of continuous reading on the website, I was ready. Together we decided on cohesive gel implants to be inserted underneath the muscle at a size that would make me a 34 C to balance out the rest of my figure. Now, 2 years later, I'm happier about my body than I've ever been. It wasn't an issue of low self esteem; it was just my own personal desire to be proportionate. With a twin sister and boyfriend (now husband) who were 100% against my decision, I knew this was the most selfish thing I could do, but I believe that's just the way it should be. I did this for me and no one else, and I will never regret it! Six months ago on my wedding day, I looked just how I always dreamed and hoped I would in my wedding dress. Furthermore, once we were married, my husband came to his senses!
